Okay these Dairy Free Cauliflower Nachos were seriously amazing.

Directions:

Cut Cauliflower and spray lightly with Chosen Foods avocado oil and sprinkle with Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Seasoning. Cook on 400 for about 15 minutes or until light brown. Top with Trader Joe’s cashew fiesta dip, Trader Joe’s almond cheese alternative, and black beans. Broil for 3 minutes. Add toppings; I added cilantro, jalapeño, watermelon radish, avocado, and Bristol Farms mild salsa.
