Cast Iron Skillet Breakfast! This breakfast was super simple. Sauté Trader Joe’s sweet potato ribbons and sliced crimini mushrooms in a tiny bit of Chosen Foods  avocado oil for about 5 minutes. Add Trader Joe’s umami seasoning. Clear veggies to the sides and put an egg in the center! Cover for 3 minutes! Add some micro greens! Done
