Protein Bagels
These bagels have 22g of protein 30g carbohydrates (17 net carbs) and 2.5g of Fat
And they were sooooo good!
Ingredients:
1 C Lodi Unbaked All Purpose Lupin Flour
1 C Trader Joe’s Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Bragg nutritional yeast
1 pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg beaten
Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Directions: -Preheat oven to 375 -In a medium bowl combine the Lupin flour, baking powder, nutritional yeast, and salt and whisk well. Add the yogurt and mix with a fork until well combined. -Put into donut pan (link on website) or knead and shape into bagel shape. -Top with egg wash and sprinkle both sides with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.
