Protein Donuts  
Dry Ingredients: 
1 C LODI Unbaked All-Purpose Lupin Flour 
2 Scoops Vital Proteins Protein Powder 
1/3 C Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener 
1 tsp Baking Powder 
1/2 tsp salt 
Wet Ingredients: 
1 egg
1 tsp Lakanto Sweetener Maple Syrup 
2 T melted coconut oil 
1/3 C Almond Milk 
1 T Vanilla

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 350
-grease donut pan with coconut oil

- whisk together wet and dry ingredients separately
- combine all ingredients

-spoon into donut pan
-bake for 10 minutes 
Frosting: 
1/2 C Swerve Confectioners 
1/2 tsp Vanilla 
2 T almond milk
1 T Suncore Foods Pitaya Powder
Directions: -whisk together all ingredients and spread on donuts. Add sprinkles if your ❤️ desires.
