Copycat Reese’s Eggs
Filling:
1/2 C Justin’s Classic Cashew Butter (or any nut butter you please)
2 T Lakanto Sweetener Maple Syrup
3 T Melted Coconut Oil
1 T Vanilla Extract
2 Scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1/2 C LODI Unbaked High Protein Lupin Flour
Outer Chocolate Layer:
Lily’s chocolate chips
1 T Coconut Oil (I use the Thrive Market one)
Combine all filling ingredients and form into egg shapes. This made 12 eggs for me. Place on parchment paper and freeze for 15-20 minutes. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30 second intervals. Dip but butter eggs in chocolate using two spoon and place on parchment paper. Add sprinkles if you want to. Freeze for another 20 minutes. Add chocolate drizzle on top for looks. Store in freezer and enjoy!
