Vegan Chocolate Chip Protein Bars! Guys these are so good and perfect if you’re constantly on the go. Pictured they are cut into 9 servings but I cut them in half because they are so filling. Cut into 18 servings the nutrition is: 139 Calories, 9g of Fat, 12g Of Carbohydrates, and 9 g of Protein. There’s less that 2g of sugar in these and they seriously taste like cookie dough. Also, all of the ingredients are all natural!
Ingredients:
1.5 C Lodi Unbaked All-Purpose Lupin Flour
3 Scoops Sprouts Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
1 C Cashew Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 T Lakanto Sweetener Maple Syrup
1/4 C Lily’s Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper & set aside.
In a large bowl combine dry Ingredients before adding in wet Ingredients. Add chocolate chips last. Mix and press into pan. Freeze for 15 minutes. Melt a tiny bit of Lily’s Chocolate Chips and drizzle on top using a spoon. Cut into even portions.
