High Protein, Low Sugar Brownies

Macros per brownie:

12 g of Fat

8g of Carbohydrates (4 net carbs)

5.5 g of Protein

146 kcal

Ingredients:

1/2 C Unsalted Butter ( If Vegan sub with 1/4 C applesauce)

2 Large Eggs ( If Vegan Sub with Flax eggs)

1/3 C Cocoa Powder

1 Serving (14g) Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

1 Scoop Further Foods Collagen Peptides ( If Vegan Sub with Favorite Vegan Protein Powder)

1/2 C LODI Unbaked High Protein Lupin Flour

1 C Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Grease a 8 by 8 pan with coconut oil

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter

  4. Remove from heat and stir in all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips

  5. Put in greased pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips

  6. Bake for 25 minutes

  7. Let cool, and cut into 9 pieces!
