Cookie Dough Protein Balls
2/3 C Cashew Butter
4 T Maple Syrup
3/4 C LODI Unbaked All Purpose Lupin Flour
3 Scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (or favorite vanilla or unflavored vegan protein powder)
2 T Vanilla
4 T Almond Milk
Lily’s Chocolate Chips (how ever many makes you happy)
Directions: Mix dry ingredients first. Add it wet ingredients, then chocolate chips. Roll into 15 balls. I drizzled with left over chocolate from my cashew butter cup recipe. Refrigerate and enjoy!!
