Clean Cashew Butter Cups
All Natural Cashew Butter Cups! Okay these are too die for. I now make them every week.
Chocolate:
1 Bag Lily’s Chocolate Chips
2 T Coconut Oil
2 T Cocoa Powder Cashew Butter Filling:
1/2 C Sprouts Unsalted Cashew Butter
1 T Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 T Maple Syrup
Directions:
Melt Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips And Coconut Oil in 30 second increments. When melted, mix and put a thin layer at the bottom of cupcake liners. Freeze for 10 minutes. Add cashew butter mixture on top. Freeze for another 10 minutes. Top with another layer of chocolate. Freeze for 15 minutes. Enjoy!!!
