Pitaya Pineapple Protein Smoothie

I'm not a huge fan of protein shakes, so when I am in the mood for a shake, I male sure it is not only healthy, but tasty. One of my favorite things to add to my shakes is ProYo. ProYo is the highest protein ice cream on the market and definitely the best tasting. This gives my shakes a nice creamy texture, as well as, amazing flavor. I also like to add superfoods to ensure that I am getting not only my macronutrients in, but my micronutrients too. 

Here are the Ingredients, all you have to do is blend and enjoy. 

1/2 C Coconut ProYo

1 Pkt of Pitaya Plus Freeze Dried Powder

1 C frozen pineapples

10 oz Coconut Water or almond milk

 1/2 Tbsp Beet Powder

1/2 C Kale

1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
