My Kind of Everything Pizza
What better way to get your greens in than on top of a guilt-free pizza?
Brussels Sprouts:
I made these Brussels Sprouts in my Dash air fryer. They can be made in the oven, but this is way quicker and easier.
Ingredients:
10 Brussels Sprouts Halved
1/2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 TBSP Maple Syrup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Put Air Fryer on 400 degrees. Place Brussels in Air Fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking once.
Pizza:
Flat Out Bread
Brussels Sprouts
1/4 C Trader Joe's Shredded Swiss & Gruyere
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
1/4 Avocado
Arugula
Sliced 1/2 C Red Onion
Directions:
-Sautee red onions in a pan in coconut oil cooking spray, add salt and pepper to taste.
-Lightly spread olive oil on Flat Out Bread & sprinkle with garlic powder
-Sprinkle shredded Swiss & Gruyere
-Add cooked onions and Brussels Sprouts
- Put in Breville Pizza Over for 5 minutes or until crust is crispy or in oven on broil ( Watch Closely)
- Add Avocado and Arugula to top
