Roasted Chickpeas/ Garbanzo Beans
These are super easy to prep for the week and can be used as snacks, or you can put them in bowls or salads. Also, to avoid any confusion chickpeas and garbanzo beans are the same thing.
Ingredients:
-2 cans of Garbanzo Beans
-2 Cloves of Garlic
-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
-Juice from 1 Lemon
-1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
-1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
-Pepper to Taste
-Fresh Rosemary to Taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Rinse, Drain and Dry Garbanzo Bean
3. Place on non stick oven pan
4. Mince garlic
5. Mix together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cayenne, and pepper.
6. Drizzle mixture over the top of garbanzo beans
7. Coat and mix using a wooden spoon
8. Chop fresh rosemary over the pan and spread evenly
9. Bake for 30 minutes
