When you’re not sure if you want sweet or savory... have both. Toast is one of my favorite snacks. I try to limit my calories by reducing my carbohydrate intake, so Mahler’s Bakery California Lifestyle Flax Protein Bread is my absolute favorite. There are only 5g of net carbs and there are 8g of protein! I’m all about finding healthier ways to enjoy the food you love, and I can’t live without this bread. I topped my savory side with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joe’s , as well as their organic Micro Greens, and Avocado. My sweet side is topped with 1 strawberry, about 1/4 of a banana, cinnamon, and Trader Joe’s Chunky Almond Butter.
