Protein Waffles
I made these delicious protein waffles by adjusting the kodiak Cakes Recipe to increase the protein and reduce the carbohydrates in the waffles.
Macros: Protein-17g Carbohydrates: 31g Fat: 2g only 211 Kcal.
Ingredients:
Inside:
1/4 C Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Oat Flapjack and Waffle Mix
1/4 C unsweetened almond milk
1/2 Scoop Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Protein
1 Tbsp Egg Whites
1/4 a Medium Banana
On top:
2 Medium Strawberries
Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
Mix all ingredients together and pour inside waffle maker. I did 2 minutes on each side. Enjoy!!
