Seared Ahi Burrito Bowl

I always prep a big lunch because I usually don’t get home from work until well after dinner time. I seared the ahi in Chosen Foods Avocado Oil after sprinkling it with Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning. Ahi is super easy to sear, you just let the pan with oil get super hot then cook on each side for about a minute and 30 seconds. I like to do this in my cast iron skillet. Slice it up then serve! As for my bowl, I added mixed greens, organic jasmine rice, black beans, Pico de Gallo, avocado, and radishes. Such an awesome lunch and took me under 10 minutes to put together.
