Paleo Chick-fil-a Chicken Nuggets

Okay… these were seriously so delicious. 
Ingredients: 
-1 LB Organic Cage Free Chicken Breast 

Wet Ingredients:

▫️1 C Califia Farms Almond Milk
▫️ 1 Happy Egg
Dry Ingredients:

▫️1 C LODI Unbaked High Protein Lupin All Purpose Flour (Link at bottom of page)

▫️3 T Coconut Sugar
▫️2 T Pink Himalayan Salt
▫️2 T Pepper 


Directions: 
Cut chicken into cubes. Whisk together wet ingredients in one medium bowl and dry in another. Soak chicken in the wet mixture for about 15 minutes, then dip chicken in the dry mixture. Lay chicken flat on the bottom of your air fryer and cook on 350 degrees for 15 minutes. They are super crispy and delicious!
