Easy Breakfast Idea
Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day! Sometimes I have breakfast both before and after my workout. Sunny side up egg with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Seasoning in top, avocado, Trader Joe’s Uncured Turkey Bacon, and Trader Joe’s Shredded Hash Browns made in my waffle maker for extra crisp goodness. For my sunny side up egg I spray my pan with coconut oil, crack the egg into the pan, and cook on medium heat for about 4 minutes. What’s your favorite way to eat eggs?
